Stop-Doing List!
This idea came from White Hot Truth & I’m going to give it a go!
1. I am going to stop ignoring my gut feelings about plans, people & emotional states.
2. NO FACEBOOK WHILE DOING HOMEWORK! Or in the case of this semester, lesson plans!
3. I will stop making excuses to not go to the gym.
4. I will stop emotionally eating by taking the time to figure out what the real issue is.
